Another option is the Bird's Nest Baklava (Ech El Belbol) with cashews, following the same preparation process. Additionally, we have Koul wa Shkour, which features bite-sized cashews rolled in layers of our freshly made thin and flaky dough (Filo), topped with a light rose water syrup.
