The oregano and sumac were rain-fed and grown in terraces and marginal lands by small farmers, processed manually exclusively and 100% sun-dried to preserve the quality and nutritive value. Ingredients: Oregano (35%), toasted sesame seeds (35%), ground Sumac (28%), sea salt (2%).
