Bring the classic flavors of Lebanon to your kitchen with our mohalabieh mix.
In a medium saucepan, add 4 cups of milk and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining 1 cup of milk with the mouhalabieh powder until fully dissolved. Once the milk in the saucepan is boiling, reduce the heat to low and slowly pour in the mouhalabieh mixture while stirring constantly.
Continue stirring over low heat for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens and starts to boil. Remove from heat and pour into individual serving bowls.
Let the mouhalabieh cool down to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Garnish with your favorite toppings such as pistachios, almonds, or honey before serving.
