Tamarat

Tamarat, founded in 2018 in Saida, Lebanon, is the latest venture from the Kalash family, who have been trading dates since 1989 under the well-known brand Rayan Dates. Building on this legacy, Tamarat expands into the luxury retail market, offering premium date-based desserts. A range of handcrafted delicacies includes organic dates, chocolate-dipped dates, stuffed dates, and unique date-infused cakes and tarts.
