  • Upon approval, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.

 

-Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received in a damaged or defective condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed  as a transfer or a credit voucher.
