To prepare this dish, start by boiling 1 kg of Moghrabieh in water until cooked, then strain and set aside. In a separate pot, boil ½ kg of pulled chicken breast, 1 kg of small onions, and your desired spices. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot and set it aside. Reserve the boiling water.
Next, in the same pot, add the cooked Moghrabieh and fry it with yogurt for 5 minutes. Then, add hummus and chicken to the pot and stir for another 5 minutes. Add the reserved boiling water, boiled onions, and salt to the mixture. Let it simmer over low heat for one hour, allowing the flavors to meld together. Serve hot and enjoy!
