To prepare this dish, start by cutting 1 kilo of chicken breast into cubes. In a bowl, mix together two tablespoons of white tawook spices spices, half a spoon of mustard, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, half a cup of vegetable oil, 3 tablespoons of crushed garlic, sliced mushrooms, and sliced colored peppers.
Add the chicken cubes to the mixture and toss everything together to coat the chicken evenly. You can choose to either cook the chicken on a stove or grill until it is fully cooked and tender.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your preferred side dishes and enjoy!
