To prepare this chicken dish, start by cutting 1 kilo of chicken breast into cubes. In a bowl, mix together two tablespoons of red tawook spices and 3 tablespoons of white vinegar. Add a cup of vegetable oil, one tablespoon of tomato paste, half a tablespoon of hot chili, 3 tablespoons of crushed garlic, half a tablespoon of ketchup, and one tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the ingredients well and let the chicken marinate in the mixture for at least one hour.
You can choose to either cook the chicken on a stove or grill until it is fully cooked and tender.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with your preferred side dishes and enjoy!
