A tuned mix of Lebanese wild thyme, wild Sumac and whole organic sesame grains. Our oregano and thyme are a special tasty species colonizing Adonis valley. It is collected from the wild in August along with Sumac, carefully dried and then mixed with whole organic sesame grain to form our unique traditional blend. For serving, add olive oil.
