To make moghly, mix 100g of moghly powder with 5 cups of water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Stir constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Once it starts boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens. Then add 1 cup of sugar and continue to stir until the sugar dissolves completely. Finally, add a pinch of ground cinnamon, ground caraway seeds, and ground anise seeds to the mixture and stir well. Pour the moghli into individual serving bowls and let it cool. You can also garnish it with chopped nuts or shredded coconut if desired. Enjoy your delicious moghli dessert!
