Prepare delicious veggie burgers effortlessly with these simple steps:

Mix the Ingredients: Empty the veggie burger powder mix sachet into a bowl. Gradually add 240ml (8.1 fl oz) of water. Stir thoroughly and cover the mixture, letting it rest for 30 minutes.

Shape the Patties: Create flat patties, each approximately 10cm in diameter and weighing 70-80g. You have two cooking options:

For Frying: In a flat pan, preheat vegetable oil over medium heat. Deep fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are fully cooked.

For Grilling: Preheat your oven to 220°C and grease a flat pan. Place the patties on the pan and bake for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until they are thoroughly cooked.
