    Enjoy the classic taste of falafel made from healthy, plant-based ingredients with a crispy outside and fluffy inside. Here's how to prepare it:

    For Frying: In a bowl, empty the 200g falafel powder mix sachet. Gradually add 3/4 cup of warm water (200ml) while stirring. Cover and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
    Shape patties using a falafel mold or a dessert spoon (about 5cm in diameter).
    Preheat vegetable oil to 175°C. Deep-fry the patties for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown.

    For Baking: Preheat the oven to 170°C (350°F) and grease a flat tray.
    Place the uncooked patties on the tray.
    Bake for about 10 minutes on each side or until they achieve a crunchy golden brown texture.
