To prepare this dish, start by washing the rice and soaking it in lukewarm water for 15 minutes. In a separate pot, fry the peas for 5 minutes. Then, add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil before adding the rice. Cook the rice and peas together over low heat for 25 minutes with the pot covered.
In another pan, fry the meat with spices until fully cooked, then add it to the pot with the peas and fried pine. Mix everything together well.
To prepare the dough, place the filling in the center and brush the edges with scrambled eggs. Fold the dough to form a ball and turn it on a greased tray with ghee. Brush the top of the dough with more scrambled eggs and bake it in the oven at a temperature of 200-250 degrees Celsius until it turns golden brown.
