Sahlab | 2 x 100g

To make Sahlab milk, mix 100g of Sahlab powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk until the powder dissolves completely. Then add 2 1/2 cups of milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for a few more minutes, then pour it into serving cups and let it cool. You can also add sugar or flavorings like rose water or orange blossom water to taste. Enjoy!
