For Spreading/Stuffing (Manakish/Croissant Filling): Combine 100g of zaatar mix with 50ml of olive oil and 50ml of vegetable oil. Stir well before serving.

For Seasoning: Sprinkle on top of pizza pies or marinate with chicken breast or meat.
